Product Delivery Period: Subscription products will be shipped around the 15th of each month. Orders placed after the 11th of the shipping month will be shipped around the 15th of the following month. (Example: Orders placed on May 10th will be shipped around May 15th. Orders placed on May 11th will be shipped around June 15th.)

Payment Methods and Timing
We accept credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, etc.) and Shopify Payments.
Payment is finalized at the time of order.
For subscription products, subsequent orders will be automatically processed using the same method.

Return Period
Due to the nature of the products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.
However, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will respond only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds except in cases of defects or incorrect deliveries due to our fault.
In such cases, we will check the condition of the product and provide a refund or exchange.
For subscription product cancellations, the current month's payment, which has already been processed, is not eligible for a refund.

Return and Shipping Policy
We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
For returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance at our designated email address. We may not be able to accept returns without prior notification.
